Our Bakery Policies

Welcome, y’all! We’re so thankful you’ve chosen our little cottage bakery for your sweet treats. Every item is made from scratch with love and care, and we do our best to keep things simple, fair, and neighborly. Please take a moment to read through our order, pickup, and delivery policies below so everything goes as smooth as buttercream.

Ordering & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
Once payment is received, your order is confirmed and added to our baking schedule.
Custom or larger orders may require additional notice — we appreciate it when you order ahead when possible!

Pick-Up Policy

Pickup times are arranged when you place your order.
Please plan to arrive during your designated pickup window so your goodies stay fresh.
If your order isn’t picked up during that time, we’ll have to dispose of it without a refund — we simply can’t hold perishable items overnight.
Temperature-controlled desserts (like cheesecakes or cream pies) must be picked up on time. For food safety, we can’t leave them unattended.

Delivery Policy

We offer free delivery within Holly Lake Ranch, TX for orders $50 or more.
Orders under $50 include a small $5 delivery fee.
If no one answers at the time of delivery, we’ll leave a photo as proof of delivery at your doorstep.
For temperature-sensitive items, we’ll hold onto your order instead — these treats cannot be left outside and will need to be picked up during your pickup window.
If not picked up, they’ll be disposed of without a refund.

Community Discount

We’re proud to serve our community heroes! Veterans, teachers, nurses, and first responders receive a 5% discount on all orders. Just mention it when placing your order, and we’ll gladly apply your discount.
